Every one close to me growing up had always called me Bayo as in BA-with stress on YO... kinda sound mabantot, but I have gotten used to it since when I can no longer remember. And yes, I'm a true blooded Batangeña. A proud Probinsyana.
Why I decided to blog? I really don't know. I am not fond of writing either, I'm more of a reader. I love reading...just anything I find interesting. I read book, novels, newspaper, mostly online articles, blogs and I'm really a fan of Wikipedia. I wouldn't go for a day without consulting wiki. Thanks to Google I now have more options other than Wiki in everything I would thought of acquiring just a bit knowledge of.
What do I intend to write here? I Love FOOD...I love Eating and I love to cook and bake. I love trying on new recipes and experimenting on food. I like exploring foods that are pretty new to me, minus the bloody and exotic foods. I'm not at all picky but blood is something sacred that our religion would not allow to devour, on the other hand trying exotic ones really scares me <who wouldn't>
Recently, I have this urge to explore food within our City or say Province. I have searched Google high and low hoping to find something that features food find in our city. However, aside from the best resorts and beaches in the province, it seems lacking info in where I could find the best eats here in Batangas City. Although, yeah there are few blogging sites which features eat finds, and few restos in Batangas but nothing for some of the Best ones, well in my opinion. Which is quite peculiar, cause I believe we have more than Sinaing na Tulingan and Kapeng Barako that deserves an "Exposé".
And so... Here I'll try to my best effort to somehow create an Info of what and where one would find a Gold mine in Batangas City... a gold mine's bit lot, let me rephrase that... The Best Eats in Batangas City.
P.S. I'm not really a Writer nor a Photographer. What you'd be expecting here is nothing Professional. Mostly just thoughts and notions of what satisfies my Not so Sophisticated Palate.
